1. Qualified Plumber (10 positions)

• Job Description: Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues. Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

• Requirements: Trade Certificate, Grade 10 or 12

2. Qualified Builder (10 positions)

• Job Description: Construct, renovate, and maintain residential and commercial buildings. Read and interpret blueprints, manage construction projects, and ensure quality workmanship.

• Requirements: Trade Certificate, Grade 10 or 12

3. Qualified Electrician (10 positions)

• Job Description: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Requirements: Trade Certificate, Grade 10 or 12

4. Construction Manager (5 positions)

• Job Description: Oversee and coordinate construction projects, manage project timelines and budgets, ensure compliance with regulations, and lead a team of construction professionals.

• Requirements: Relevant qualifications, Grade 12

5. Safety Officer (5 positions)

• Job Description: Develop and implement safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, provide safety training, and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

• Requirements: Relevant qualifications, Grade 10 or 12

6. HR Manager (5 positions)

• Job Description: Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance with labour laws.

• Requirements: Relevant qualifications, Grade 10 or 12

7. OHS Manager (5 position)

• Job Description: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of occupational health and safety policies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

• Requirements: Relevant qualifications, Grade 12

8. Chief Financial Officer (5 positions)

• Job Description: Responsible for the overall financial management of the organization, including financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and strategic decision-making.

• Requirements: Relevant qualifications, Grade 12

9. Supervisor (5 positions)

• Job Description: Oversee and coordinate the work of a team, ensure adherence to policies and procedures, and provide guidance and support to employees.

• Requirements: Relevant qualifications, Grade 10 or 12

10. Truck Driver (10 positions)

• Job Description: Operate and maintain heavy-duty vehicles, transport goods and materials, and ensure compliance with traffic regulations and safety protocols.

• Requirements: Code 14 Driver's License, Grade 7, Passport

11. Security Officer (20 positions)

• Job Description: Patrol and monitor premises, respond to security incidents, and ensure the safety and security of the organization and its assets.

• Requirements: PSIRA certification, Grade 7

12. Facilitator (8 positions)

• Job Description: Design and deliver training programs, facilitate workshops and seminars, and support the learning and development of employees.

• Requirements: Relevant qualifications, Grade 12

13. Moderator (8 positions)

• Job Description: Oversee and validate the assessment and evaluation processes, ensure fairness and consistency, and provide feedback and recommendations.

• Requirements: Relevant qualifications, Grade 12

14. General Worker (60 positions)

• Job Description: Perform a variety of manual and general labour tasks to support the operations of the organization.

• Requirements: None
